Brian Heikkila was killed on May 30, 2007, He was riding his motorcycle  when a Ford Mustang failed to yield the right of way and struck his bike. Heikkila was died at the scene of the accident.

A lawsuit was filed on Brian’s behalf and they recently won settlement. $1 million was awarded to Brian’s five year old little girl, Ryleigh. Along with Ryleigh’s settlement, his parents received $500,000. Another $798,000 was awarded for the economic damages of his death.
