Carl Dean New, 23, was rushed  to a nearby hospital after he crashed his motorcycle.

The accident happened when New attempted to pass another vehicle. He veered to the right to avoid traffic, and he lost control of his bike and went off the road.

The accident happened around 4 p.m. near FM 1431. He died shortly after he arrived at the hospital.
