A man is dead after he was hit from behind while riding his motorcycle.

The accident happened on Highway 191 on Sunday night. Ronnie Tiller, 36, was on a motor scooter when a vehicle hit him from behind and then fled the scene. Mr. Tiller was pronounced dead upon arrival to the hospital.
