46-year-old William Walker died after he was hit while attempting to direct traffic in front of the Highwaymen Motorcycle Club.

Reports say, the driver was not at fault. He was a man who was with his family when the accident happened. They were headed home. The driver’s name was not released.

There was no evidence that the driver did anything wrong.

Reports say, Walker and 50-year-old Mark Calvilla were standing in the right lane of southbound Telegraph attempting to stop whatever traffic was in the area to allow several motorcycles to leave the club.

The two victims were wearing black clothing when hit. Calvilla was also hit and injured. He was treated for his injuries in a hospital.

The investigation is closed.
