It is devastating when our Toledo, Ohio motorcycle accident lawyers learn about someone who has been injured while riding a bike.

Take for instance the 27-year-old male resident of Collins, Ohio who was driving a 1987 Honda CBR600 just south of Kelley Road in Oxford Township early one morning last month when he failed to make a curve and drove off the right side of the road.

He overturned his vehicle and was ejected from the motorcycle. Both the driver and the vehicle fell to rest on the west side of the road. The rider was not wearing a helmet and was taken by life-flight helicopter to a local emergency room where he was put in critical condition. At this time, no citations have been issued and the crash is still under investigation.
